All course registrations must be completed through our official website or in-person at our academy. Full payment or an approved payment plan must be arranged before course commencement.
Course fees are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect students already enrolled.
Full refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date.
50% refund: Available 3-7 days before course start date.
No refund: Within 3 days of course start or after course has begun.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Missing more than 20% of classes may result in ineligibility for certification.
Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Certificates are awarded to students who complete the required course hours, pass all assessments, and maintain attendance requirements.
All content, recipes, techniques, and materials provided during courses are proprietary to Neffeeo Academy. Students may not use this information for commercial purposes without written consent.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance, students are responsible for their personal belongings. Neffeeo Academy is not liable for injuries sustained due to student negligence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
